ENNVRKVPV TOWN TRIBAL MARSHAL DEPARTMENT

This is an Ordinance of the Ennvrkvpv Town Tribal Council which establishes the official Law Enforcement and Security Department for the Tribal Organizations in its entirety.

TRIBAL PENAL CODE: Title VII Tribal Mashal Department Act

MISSION: Section 7-202

The Mission of this Department shall be to:

• Preserve peace and public order.

• Protect the lives, rights, and property of the Tribe.

• Enforce Tribal laws and ordinances.

• Protect Tribal government officials while performing official duties.

• Preserve cultural sites and ceremonial grounds.

• Assist during emergencies and disasters.

• Promote community policing through education and services.
